Enhancement or Change description
For some of the Colonies generated in the world already or when the developers decide to add more structures like ruins, barbarian camps, etc. I was thinking to reward exploration you could make it where loot and or bonuses could be obtained. Among resources caches as possible goody discoveries, you can have scrolls that can teach you basic level of University research from tier 1-3 and if you find a duplicate scroll of something you researched you can use it to boost current University research speed by 5%. Another reward could be colonists that players can recruit for free if they rescue them from a barbarian camp, or abandoned colony. Possible another interest for players to search for could be Colony building blocks that reside in abandoned or dangerous structures that can be brought back to an existing colony to bypass the resource requirement of crafting it. In other words you discover a, lets say plantation block in a barbarian structure yet you haven't researched it yet nor can craft it so you disassemble it and take it back to your colony for future use.
