Formations for barracks tower guard groups

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently when I want to put larger groups of guards to hire a specific position and I want them neatly positioned I need to build multiple guards towers and then position all guards manually. I'd rather want to position an entire unit of barracks tower guards at a position, the problem is they always just scatter all over the place because they all want to go to the exact same position.

Enhancement or Change description

Allow to set a formation for guards per barracks tower, you'd have access to the following formations:

• Scattered (no fixed formation, default)
• Column: 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤
• Double Column: 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤 ⚫
• Line: 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤 🟤
• Wedge: ⚫ ⚫ 🟤 ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ 🟤 ⚫ 🟤 ⚫ 🟤 ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ 🟤
