Training Option for the Nether Miner

Prerequisites

[ ] I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.

At the moment, the chances for the nether miner is quite high.

Feature description

It would be nice, if there would be any way to train the nether miner before its first adventures to the nether, so he will survive more probable. At first the nether miner used the Stamina for its survivability. This was slow to train, but you can skill him with a training in the combat academy. It would be nice, if such an option can exist with the changed stats too. The skill level should not grow to fast, it should still be a game of patience, but it is really frustrating, when you let him learn a long time in the library so he is intelligent and will learn fast but then dies on one of his first trips.
