MineColonies Version: 1.0.750-ALPHA

Is your feature request related to a problem?

With the new update the workers use shears for breaking grass which its fine but i dont want a lot of grass

Enhancement or Change description

I think it would be better if you made some kind of setting to change if they should use shears or not
