Feature : Resource block for Sky style, Sponge for Ocean style #685

Feature description

It would be a block placed in the miner, indestructible by the miner itself, but can drop resources based on the % of them being present naturally, for exemple, the miner would be able to collect from the block : 70% chance stone (and variants) 10% coal 5% iron 0.1% diamond etc...

Block placed by the builder when the structure is done, before the decoration step, to remove all water source block in the current schematic, block removed at the end of the construction

Notes or related things

I REALLY want to build a sky and ocean style and share them, but the real problem is the miner It's either that, or you'll need a miner level 4 (for the sky) to be able to dig to bedrock, create a custom mineshaft with rails and do the rail research, and even then I don't know if he'll go that far to mine So you'll have a sky colony with a horrible tower of cobble in the middle of your world The "Super Sponge" would be a QoL, or just increase the radius of the current sponge

There's nothing stopping anyone using that in any colony. I'd rather say that a miner in a sky like colony isn't useful to begin with. You probably want to solve this using datapacks to have other buildings be able to craft all the required items. (You could push your luck with a miner attempting to mine the block in a cobblestone generator, but I cannot guarantee that will work)
