Is your feature request related to a problem?
Over the course of the mod there are several progression messages, one of which is "I see all your settlers have a nice home now. Build more houses to get more settlers!".
This message is a bit strange as I've already long had all my citizens housed in the tavern, so this message should've appeared much sooner.
I think this message is tied to getting a house unlocked to a certain level.

This message should occur the moment that all citizens are housed in any residence.
