Is your feature request related to a problem?

Mirality was just saying on discord that the enchanter has a chance to apply a random lvl 1 enchant on a workers tool, however that tool then becomes unusable by the worker until their hut is levelled up.

Enhancement or Change description

My suggestion is to enact a tag that allows the worker to bypass the tool/enchantment restriction to allow that worker to continue to use that tool. This tag can only be applied by the enchanter so players cannot cheeze it.
