Colonists with Fire Resistance should not panic when on fire

Is your feature request related to a problem?

A pack I'm deving is set in the nether, and I've used KubeJS to give colonists permanent fire resistance. They don't get hurt from fire, but they still run to the horizon when they step on something that lights them on fire.

Fire-resistant colonists shouldn't react to being on fire
