[X] I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
[X] I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure that my feature does not already exist.
[X] I made sure that this feature request is not a duplicate of any existing feature request.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Just another attempt in trying to suggest ideas for citizens with custom player skins
Feature description
Taking the idea from Touhou Little Maid, which utilizes human mobs with custom models, however, when named with a special format (https://youtu.be/BczdwOYeqIs?t=376 for explanation) the mob will switch it's model into a player model, which allow player skins to be applied.
Minecolonies could use the same "easter egg" feature for its citizens, to switch the citizen into the skin of a player, simply name them after a specific format, such as "=>", then everything letters after the "=>" will be checked to see if there is a player skin with said name, so a citizen with the name "=>Notch" will have the player skin of Notch.
I know the all citizens have custom models to them, but that why I suggest this, as this has been done in a mod with a similar mechanic, under certain conditions such as naming, the citizen will be forced to a player model, of course immersion will break, but to me, a npc player in my town is much cooler.
This feature could be kept as an Easter Egg, so that way no one will discover them, and Patreon visitors will still get a shoutout whenever someone who is uninformed about this play the mod.
