This issue could be addressed if couriers were not assigned to any specific warehouse. Since couriers don't inherently belong to one warehouse upon creation, it seems unnecessary for them to be locked to one. Instead, they could prioritize the warehouse closest to their courier's hut or choose the warehouse where the needed item is stored. If they attempt to store an item in a warehouse and find it full, they should then try the other available warehouses.

I would like to see Couriers assigned to Warehouses with lower stock to be able to collect resources from ones with higher stock, probably adding a capacity threshold to a warehouse
eg. "Warehouse 1 has 99% capacity and has a threshold of 80%, Warehouse 2 has 25% capacity, Couriers of Warehouse 2 go to Warehouse 1 to collect resources until the level is below the threshold, at least 0-1% below"
Notes or related things
I know many will say to just upgrade the filled warehouse, but sometimes, i won't have the required resources (normally at and over build lvl.3) and building more warehouses around usually doesn't fix the problem with not having enough courier job positions within the new warehouses.
