Custom minimum stock item counts

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have a mod that increases stack sizes for items, but when I set minimum stock for items in my work huts, I can only do whole stacks, and with that, the minimum stock feature becomes completely impractical because I'll request WAY too many items when I only need a few at once.

Enhancement or Change description

The ability to set partial stack sizes like 0.1 stacks for instance, or even better, set requests for specific item counts.

You can set requests for specific item counts in the warehouse.

We don't really recommend using mods that increase stack sizes, as in the past these have contained significant bugs.
