Request: config option to change emerald blocks to something else

Is your feature request related to a problem?

As modpack developers, some times having more mods can make vanilla things easier than normal. Using emeralds as a required object to increase the amount of slots avaliable at the warehouse (even requiring lvl 5) can be super easy.

Enhancement or Change description

I would like to have a config option to set the required item/s to upgrade the warehouse. For example I want to use nether stars because finding emerald blocks in my modpack its just a matter of 2 minutes for 3-4 warehouses. Too easy in my opinion.

the capacity upgrades aren't meant to be difficult per se. because you have had to upgrade your warehouse to level 5 anyway just to get to that point.
