[BUG] Miner stuck in building animation and main shaft not being built

Current Behavior

Miner's Strength and Stamina skill levels are increasing rapidly. Miner is stuck in a building animation. The Mineshaft has two levels built, but the signs say "level placeholder" and no levels are recognized in the Mine GUI. The mine is also not requesting any materials. I've tried firing and rehiring the miner, tried hiring a new miner, and tore down the mine and rebuilt it.

Expected Behavior

I expect the two levels of the mineshaft to register in the mine and the miner to continue building the mineshaft according to the building level (level 2) and then begin building the nodes on the mine. I also expect the mine to request the required resources to build the mineshaft.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build mine in the "high magic" style.
2. Hire miner

Used the development debug = true from the config file. This is what the miner is doing: Miner stuck in loop of "start working", "Miner check mineshaft", "load structure", "building step", "pick up residuals"

I have version 1.2. I'll look for an update and install that!

Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. :(
