"Nimble" research breaks Couriers speed.

Prerequisites

• [ ] I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.15.2 (Forge-31.2.36)
• MineColonies Version: minecolonies-0.13.379-ALPHA (Pack from the Twitch MineColonies Official)
• Structurize Version: structurize-0.13.94-ALPHA
• Related Mods and their Versions: - All mods from the "MineColonies Official" pack via Twitch (MineColonies Official By: H3lay, Kostronor, D3miurge_, Asherslab, Wissin8r), Updated: 22/10/2020

Expected behavior

Once the Nimble research has been completed, Couriers should have their speed increased based on their current hut level, along with the 5% bonus from Nimble.

Actual behavior

Once the Nimble research has been done, Couriers drop back to base speed + 5%, ignoring their hut level. I had 2 Courier with a level 3 hut, and one with a level 4. I could never catch on them even while running. Now all 3 of them just run at the same speed as every other NPCs and I can easily catch on them while running, even if they are empty.

I tried to pause and reset the Courier from the Hut, I restarted my server (personal private dedicated), but still the same issue. I wanted to increase the speed of my workers so they move faster around and reach their destinations faster, instead I just had a major reduction as all my Couriers take way too long to go around and complete their deliveries, greatly increasing the downtime of my other workers, mostly my builders.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Have a level 3+ Courier's Hut, a Warehouse, and a Courier actually working
2. Try to run after a Courier on the move, even while you're running (without any beacon or potion boosts) , you shouldn't catch on him unless he stops.
3. Research "Nimble" at the University, under the Civilian page, after Rails, using 1 rabbit's foot
4. Once the research is completed after 4 hours, try to catch back on a Courier, you should have no issue when you're running.

Just to add up, I just tested and upgraded one of my other huts from level 3 to 4, the one that's right by the warehouse, and suddenly, all my Couriers are back at their hut level speed, but I cannot verify if they also get the +5% bonus.

I take that only the latest global speed changer is taken in effect, canceling all the others.
