Antique style: fix a scan error with builder5 and citizen5 #2

Fixes a scan error that caused what the file that was supposed to be builder5 to mistakenly be saved as citizen5. This caused the Residence to effectively not have a level 5, and the level 5 builder to still contain a chorus plant block (which is what the fix was originally aimed at).
