Proposed changes

Version 1.3.1
- Added a smoker to the cookery
Version 1.4
- Potential fix for cookb1, as it possibly had an emerald block instead of the hut block.
- Recommissioned cook as standalone restaurant - bakery removed
- Removed useless rails from all connectors and town hall
- Added 'supports' for main pods of town hall
- Extended mine initial ladders by 2
- Town hall builder rescan
