Proposed changes

Mark the (standalone) restaurant invisible, to be retired later
Add a new restaurant, inspired on the standalone restaurant, which also has an included cookery
Fix scan of alt school level 3
Cookb fixes:
- Fix bad path for the bakery at level 1
- Fix the roof (and the hut block position) at levels 4 and 5
- some minor changes (fixing holes etc)
Oxidiser changes
Tweak the guides in the supply camp and ship for the new oxidiser
Fix a glitched rack in the level 4 warehouse
