Add a way to add color to tags via platform instead of annotator #14
Currently in the text annotations, we use a highlighter plugin to change the color of the annotations via tags. This should now actually be done via the HxAT platform instead. That way there will be one logic with an extension possible for text, images, and videos so they don't interfere with each other.

Should also have the options to suppress tags.
