Contains the currently-in-development project by HarvardX to bring the annotation tool currently living in the edX platform to a more accessible LTI implementation.

Updated logging for grade passback to include extra context for debugging.
Updated logging for LTI launches where the username(...) not found error is reported. This is a pretty rare error, but it happened a few times this semester, so we need some additional context to track it down.
