ORGANIZATION should be distinct from PLATFORM in settings #165
in general, settings.ORGANIZATION is used to take care of differences in the way lti works in canvas and edx --- when these should be specified by something like PLATFORM since other organizations (as MIT and HGSE) are using hxat/catchpy.
