@lduarte1991 This PR adds the ability to configure the annotation manual to open in a new window. The default is to open it in the current frame/window, so this shouldn't change anything for you. This change is motivated by the fact that we're linking the manual to an external wiki page, and we'd like to have it open in a separate window now. Does this look OK to you?
