Text Annotation Escaping Issue #63

Hi @lduarte1991, this PR fixes an issue with text annotations when the student has created an annotation containing quotation marks, either intentionally or unintentionally (i.e. text editor formatting). The text annotation body was embedded in a label attribute without being escaped, so this should fix that. I also looked for any other places in that particular template where the value should probably be escaped.
