Error message that checks if third-party cookies are enabled #70
Checks to see if third-party cookies (and site data) are not enabled and opens up a warning that points to the troubleshooting page. There is also a button that allows them to dismiss the message should they want to proceed knowing it will not save their annotations.
Still awaiting a second-pair of eyes on our end for wording, but the functionality should remain unchanged.
