@lduarte1991 Turning the release branch you created into a PR so we can discuss the changes contained in PRs #78 #79 and #80 as a unit. I imagine you can just close the other PRs once this one is merged to master.

I'll make any comments below.

@arthurian if you're cool with the logger_url being a secure.py option then I'm ready to merge as well
