As huge as this particular PR might seem, feel free to only pay attention to the items not in the /static/vendors/Mirador folder but rather the hxat js files that interact with Mirador. This brings along the fix to the issue mentioned in PR #80 which caused some problems with annotations made using only keyboard-input.

@arthurian Have you had a chance to look at this? Any reason why I shouldn't merge?

@lduarte1991 Just tested this briefly, and I don't see any breaking changes. No objections to merging. 👍
