Implementation of some framework improvements suggested in section 3.1 and in section 3.2 of the internship report (in French) https://www.thibauld-feneuil.fr/docs/rapport-stage-mpri.pdf. The improvements are the following ones:

Replacement of the formulae of approximate hints by more general ones ;
Creation of DBDD_optimized: dimension reduction, delaying of LLL use as long as possible, ...
