Issues installing on Windows #3

For some reason, I've had issues trying to run this on Windows with DevKit; I keep getting an error in the middle of the process which can be seen from the following screenshot(s) screenshot 2415

Hello, @lozandier . The gem "webp-ffi" isn't support right now Windows systems, only Unix systems (Linux and Mac OS). If you want use it in windows, you can send pull request to me or use vagrant with virtual machine with Linux.
