I benchmarked adopt-hotspot to be the fastest JVM (currently it is using zulu which is slowest). Since AdoptOpenJDK does not have a version with JavaFX bundled, we now have to manually download the JavaFX jmods.

Legit :+1: Could you rebase this so that macos build also use adopt-hotspot?
