CSV report function is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when clicking on CSV export it create a file name "download" but with no 
extention and no weight (only 1Kbite)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
file with no extention type 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
google chrome online version

Unfortunately, I have no way of specifying the name for the file currently. You'll have to rename it to something with a .csv extension yourself, as there's no way for the app to do it as far as I'm aware.
