Export zh-CN task and get unrecognizable code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.input zh-CN task.
2.export task to CVS file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the zh-CN characters.But I get some unrecognizable code in the 
place of every zh-CN character.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Version: 3.10.4 on windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
The attachment is the exported CVS file tested with zh-CN task name.
