Feature Request: Create new Leaderboard Page

What are you wanting to be added?

Goal: Create a Leaderboard Page

Objectives:

• [ ] Anyone should be able to navigate to /board/{slug}
• [ ] Fetch the leaderboard information with a new composable (see the current composables's for reference)
• [ ] Navigating to /board/{slug} should just display the name of the leaderboard for now

Things to know:

• You'll need the backend to be running, and have some leaderboard data in the DB. You can find the backend here, as well as information on how to set it all up. If you need help, you can ask in #general-dev or #backend.

• Don't worry about making the page look nice, we'll work on that more in the future

• It may have been a while, since the last time our API has been updated, so I would run pnpm generate:api, just to make sure we have the most up to date data contracts and everything else

• Routing documentation for Nuxt

Requesting Leaderboard info via a slug is not an existing API endpoint. I have raised the issue https://github.com/leaderboardsgg/leaderboard-backend/issues/136 in order to try and get this created. If we cannot do that, then we'll need to pivot to using a leaderboard id like so: /board/{id} as opposed to /board/{slug}
