Temp UI for now. Personally don't even like having a modal here; I'd prefer a toast:

Where is the button to resend the confirmation email? I can't find it.

It's hard to see in the screenshot, but it's near the top left of the dashboard. And it's only there if you're logged in as an unconfirmed user.

I don't have a "real" placement for it right now, as we don't have a design for it.
