too many nettop processes #22

System and Shadowsocksx-NG-R8 version:

macOS 10.15.1
Shadowsocksx-NG-R8 1.4.6-R8

same issue, wakeup system after minutes sleeping, there are too many nettop process, that freeze my system. temporarily revert to 1.4.5 to see whether the same issue.
