Changes

Created autoload/vue.vim and created function vue#Log
Removed s:Log function and s:name and moved all calls to s:Log to new vue#Log
Replaced echom with vue#Log in syntax/vue.vim

Thank you for fixing it. My mistake to leave the echom in the syntax file.

You're welcome @leafOfTree - I've switched to this since posva/vim-vue has a long standing bug where the CSS highlighting is broken and it was driving me kinda crazy.
