adds Swiss Federal Geoportal map tiles

This PR adds the following Swiss National maps:

• National Map Color (ch.swisstopo.pixelkarte-farbe)
• National Map Grey (ch.swisstopo.pixelkarte-grau)
• Orthophotomosaic "Swissimage" (ch.swisstopo.swissimage)
