Distortions when scrolling websites #7

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any of the versions of RadeonHD (even the madchicken update)
2. Have a touchpad (maybe Synaptics only?)
3. Open certain websites (not all work) like facebook
4. Scroll around a bit using touchpad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Normal website image scrolling.
Instead: Distortions, see http://i43.tinypic.com/2n18aza.png

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.6 vanilla kernel, fully working QE/CI, RadeonHD (any current version
from

eaded&start=400#entry1447471
)

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using Thinkpad UltraNav touchpad kext from
http://wencheng.fang.sh.cn/2010/03/thinkpad-ultranavi-on-snow-leopard.html.
I don't know if this occurs on all laptops with all touchpads. Everything
is normal with mouse though. Might also be a bug in UltraNav kext.

Could be related to Quartz 2D Extreme being enabled. Turn that off, it worked
for me.
