Module Migrations not found #773

I'm using lua 5.1 lapis version: 1.14.0 OS: MacOs

after running lapis migrate, I got:

Error: module 'migrations' not found:No LuaRocks module found for migrations
        no field package.preload['migrations']
        no file '/usr/local/share/lua/5.1/migrations.lua'
        no file '/usr/local/share/lua/5.1/migrations/init.lua'
        no file './migrations.lua'
        no file '/opt/homebrew/share/lua/5.1/migrations.lua'

        no file '/opt/homebrew/lib/lua/5.1/migrations.lua'

nevermind, I was in the wrong path
