Stuck item "bounces" as you scroll in IE #68

In my example, I have a main section that gets stuck (div containing "The Journey" and subsequent sticky items). Then each of the 3 items scroll up and get stuck. For some reason, only in IE, the second item (the one on the far right) bounces up and down while you continue to scroll.

In Chrome, Safari, Firefox it all works fine.

I made a few changes, the original element is not bouncing but now the entire "The Journey" section is.
