Tools and Armor Addon Mod (Metalmind Compatible) #100

There's been a few requests for armor and tools that are made from cosmere metals.

[ ] A new addon mod
[ ] Each cosmere metal has its own armor pieces
[ ] Each cosmere metal has the full suite of tools and sword
[ ] Each cosmere metal has an AIOT (decide if neccessary?)
[ ] Each one of these new items are also compatible with the metalmind system.

We should also bring the vanilla armor and tools up to parity,

[ ] granting vanilla tools/armor the ability to be a metalmind too.
