Various Sandmastery Bug Fixes

Taldanian sand is now two separate blocks (Charged and default)
Using sandmastery doesn't charge sand pouches anymore
Sand jar block had some typos in the model json
Taldanian sand can now be dug up without a tool
Cushion wasn't properly using config
