[Feruchemy] Unable to compound Nicrosil #59

Issue description

Possibly only happens while storing. May not be an issue when tapping.

Steps to reproduce

store f-nicrosil while you also have allomantic nicrosil and other powers
try turn on compounding, via a-nicrosil

You will be unable to, as a-nicrosil is missing.

1.19.2 (Latest)

Forge version

43.1.3

Cosmere version

Latest

Part of a bigger problem with f-nicrosil, which we don't have working like in canon. Compounding changes will have to wait till after we update and fix f-nicrosil.
