Sandmastery ability is currently unnecessarily random and can lead to either being extremely powerful immediately, or completely unable to do anything when you spawn, and due to the limit of how many times you can overmaster, it's possible to be completely locked out of doing some of the things that another player may be able to do immediately. I want to
increase the number of times you can overmaster to 3 (maybe 4. TBD)
make the range of power you can spawn with smaller so there is less of a chance to be locked out due to RNG
