Where to put the newgame button? #69

If we ever want to be able to create/edit a team from the app (necessary for offline users), then the Titlebar's right button is reserved for Editing the team. Where can we put the newgame button?

It should probably go at the top or the bottom of the list of games.

Wherever we decide to place it, we should also use this placement for adding a player to a team. #22

I think it should go at the top of the games list. Some lists in the app are long, and the bottom of the list is reserved for a "More items" button if there are more items that aren't yet displayed. I think this is a good standard to use throughout the app.

I like having the button at the top of the games/players list as well.
