Button for a callahan #82

We initially thought callahan wouldn't be too common, but during nationals there ended up being 3 or 4 of them over the 15 games we took stats for, so I think this button would be more useful than we thought.

Also, one of the users sent us an email asking how to input a callahan so I guess other people are noticing this as well.

This is low priority, but I thought I'd still open an issue while it's on my mind.

Just a passing thought: once button highlighting/lowlighting is implemented, how about after "block" is pressed, then all buttons become deactivated except for the player buttons and "score"?

I like where you're going with that. The only concern I have is if we can make it clear that clicking "Score" would mean callahan, and also make it clear that they are supposed to click "Score" before they click the player button.
