Bug: mcom does not handle quoted filenames #144

Closed Anachron closed 5 years ago

Anachron commented 5 years ago

When I pass -attach "<filename>" or -attach '<filename>' to mcom and return to the selection menu it will prompt me for every attachment that it cannot be found (it will try to quote it once resulting in the path to be "'<filename>'" or ""<filename>"".

I can't reproduce that, -attach 'file with space' will generate a header Attach: file with space and correctly attach it when i press [m]ime.

Actually it seems like it was an issue from my mmatt script that passed multiple -attach which did not remove the quotes from the Attach: lines inside the mail.

When replacing it with the new command you showed it is fixed. Since the new command is way smaller & simpler I'll close this as well, unless I receive the same error again.
