question: titling messages with numbers in 'mshow :' #254

in nmh 'show all' gives every message a title like [ Message inbox:X ], so i can do easily 'repl X' where X is the number of the message - is it possible to get the same title from "mshow :"?

This sounds useful. Perhaps we could print a 'X-Mblaze-Seq:' header or something?
