For performance, it will be nice to see the framerate.

[x] Add SIHM section with show_stats option to enable/disable showing the stats. Default is false.
[x] This will require us to be able to dynamically add extra modules to the project. Enable this option for users with an extra_modules options under SIHM.

This was useful for learning how CMake handles strings and lists of strings in when used in commands on different OSs.
