增加了 lealone-rpc.js 的 npm 包 #13

不知道 zhh 发布过 lealone-rpc.js 的 npm 包没，我把官方的 example 中的 lealone-rpc.js 简单的修改了下，发布了一个 npm 包，方便大家使用。目前仅支持 http 模式，不支持 socket 模式
