Support for freedns.afraid.org API v2 update token, this uses a random generated token which is associated with your domain. is simpler, faster and more secure. Your credentials or domains are never exposed. I hope were merged soon.

I have cherry-picked a09e6b7 into devel, omitting bec8ef9. This means that the important part, the new plugin is accepted (I did some polish, removed trailing whitespace, added a reference to this PR). The new hash is d9e57785

We cannot have this kind of changes ti README.md, I think you understand why at a second thought. That's why I omitted that one.
