[rfe] use dnf instead of yum #31

from https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3391#c0 lpf depends on yum-utils which itself depends on yum and yum is getting replaced by dnf in Fedora 22. you should use dnf/dnf repoquery etc and drop the dependency on yum-utils in rawhide
